Water and sewer service is provided by the HOA in aggregate for the entire community, i.e., separate metered billing for each unit is not performed. Each homeowner currently pays a flat $35.00 per month for this service. Payment is made in conjunction with the monthly HOA dues payment, collected by our management company, TMG. |
