The minutes from all past board meetings are stored on this web site.
 
Meeting minutes are posted after they are written by the board secretary at the board meeting.
Typically, the minutes are not officially approved until the following board meeting (minutes that are not yet approved will be marked as such).
Minutes of an Annual Meeting are not approved until the following year's annual meeting.
