The
original builder of the "Club 1201" complex is Simpson Housing. Club 1201’s official (legal) name is the “East
Village at Orenco Station” (EVOS).

Matrix,
Inc. (Legend Homes) built the "Q
Condominiums" on the northwest corner of the block.

Holland Residential is currently building
the "Living Green at Orenco Station" apartment complex on the
southwest corner of the block.

All
three of these complexes are members of the Master Association, which manages
shared elements such as the clubhouse, pool, recreation center, and utilities
equipment and wiring (telephone, cable TV, DSL). The Master Association’s official (legal)
name is the "Orenco Station Communities Association" (OSCA).

Each
complex has its own HOA and Board of Directors.
The Master Association also has a different Board of Directors, made up
from owners of the 3 "member" HOAs.
